I have been searching for power trainings and i hace found that olympic liftings, plyometrics and kettlebells are some of the best to develop power, so i have to know if kettlebells are safe for pitchers.

I got another question: why skinny guys that havent go to a gym in their life are fast runners if they never han enhanced they force production?

If power means the more strenght you apply in little time it means that befor going to power training ( o lifts, plyometrics) i have to develop strenght (heavy load classic lifts like bench press, squat, deadlift), so what can i do with the speed component in the power equation?

Sorry I am just finding this!
I do not have experience with kettleballs for power training but many years of experience with Olympic Lifting for power training in baseball. Yes, Olympic Lifting is safe!

The reason little lean bodies are fast is because they have a lot of fast twitch muscle fiber. If you do not have a lot genetically then you will need to hypertrophy it. This means you have to grow it which also means you will grow bigger but not as big as a body builder who hypertrophies all muscle fiber.
