Brent, I seem to have weird pain in my bicep when I throw off of the mound. The pain is rather dull, however, it is there. This is strange because when I throw on flat ground, I have no pain whatsoever. Thus far this season, I have thrown off of a mound about 6 to 8 times. Could my problems be from not being comfortable mechanically on the mound, or is my arm not used to the slope?

Thank you.

Ever sense you have been on this site you have been talking about your arm pain.

This is obviously a serious issue for you and is not getting any better. I recommend that you stop your training until you deal with the issue. You said you had an MRI and it showed nothing. If I was you I would train with the Fusion System only for a few months and not throw anything. This will allow your arm to heal and strengthen. Then I would start the program again implementing the entire program. After not throwing for 2 months and building your strength, if you experience more arm pain when throwing again then something is wrong.

In your analysis it showed you have very poor lower half mechanics which means your arm is doing a lot of work. I would not expect any velocity increase or pain relief until you learn to throw with your lower half more. I would recommend you coming down for a 3X Velocity Camp so I can work with you personally on these issues.

I understand your are right about everything, I really dont think there is anything wrong with my arm. I took a long time off of playing baseball and i think my problem is that I rushed back to fast and started throwing bullpens to quick. But Brent i really do wish i can buy your program and come to your camp but at this moment i cannot afford it. Once I am able to, your program will be the first thing i get.
