What is the best way to get your force vector in line before the lift leg knee breaks the front hip? I’ve seen that Asao, Felix, David Price, and others achieve this by extending their lift leg out in order to hold it back. Is there another method to lining up the force vector?

There are drills in the 3X Pre-Season program called the Load Series drills which train this and you can also subscribe to the 30 Days to 5mph for more info and drills on this.
