Hey Brent,

I’ve been trying to work on getting more h/s separation, but my main question is what should it feel like. Is there anyway of describing what it should feel like to get h/s separation. I think it would easier to work on it if i knew how it felt it actually get it. Thanks

The Assistance Throws in the 3X Pitching Velocity Program Level 2 will give you the feeling of hip to shoulder separation. This is also why you will increase velocity from 2-10mph while performing your throws in this drill.

Brent, what kind of velocity increases do you usually see from pitchers working in level 2? I have been mid upper 80s for a while now and want to be low 90s next spring.

It is a mix bag. Some guys respond to it really well and the others don’t. I tell everyone to start it and once you get into your performance week, if you do not like the results then move back to Level 1. I will have Level 3 available this fall and it is unreal. I am having some amazing results with it.
