After reading information from the internet I’d like to get your opinion on how important leg drive is?

For velocity…?

For taking stress off the arm?

Just standing square to the plate with no rotation requires the arm to create pretty much 100% of the velocity….correct?

When throwing from a traditional windup…….with regards to a “kinetic chain” isn’t the leg drive the first source of energy that is produced to send thru the chain to produce force that will eventually help speed up the arm so the shoulder and elbow don’t have to produce all the velo’s.

Thanks for the response!
