1. When you lift up your leg to get to a load position is the weight supposed to be on your back leg then shifted on to the “Load Position” where you get your initial forward movements from the hips?
2. After that, should the front hips be going in a forward and down movement but the legs be hanging back. I see the japanese pitcher in your analysis and he over emphasises his front leg hanging back and staying close.
3. Dorsiflexion is the toes trying to touch the ankles right?
So when should I be trying to do dorsiflexion? Should it be just after the load position?
4. Is jumping or triple extending too early lead into collapsing or can’t get over the front leg?. (However then there will be a strong ground reaction force up which may react my feet pushing up making me throw up?)
