whats up brent, ive been working on my mechanics for a while now ever since i sent you my last video, im confident that my mechanics really did get better, if i send you a video would you mind just telling me if there good, you dont have to analyze it.

Really good mechanics!

Everything looks great but your hip to shoulder separation could be better. You load well on your drive leg but you do not have much power coming off of it into 3X. This is causing your hips to open not fast enough at front foot strike to create more separation from your shoulders.

All in all I really like your mechanics. Keep working hard on more stride power.

Z, posted a pitching velocity chart by age on the forums, maybe he will post you a link here. The high 70’s or low 80’s would be really good for 15.
