Brent i just want to say I live near Philadelphia and am a phillies fan I also like the Giants because of Tim lincecum, so my question here is are Michael Stutes and Ryan Madson's mechanics good. This is what I think of them
Michael Stutes- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v…..U9bzqQtes-
I think his front leg stabilization is just as good as Justin Verlanders, everthing else is good except it looks like he has the inverted W and poor or half decent triple extension.
Ryan Madson-
I think Madson hits all of the components except he doesn't have the best triple extension. His head seems to turn away.
It seems like not 1 pitcher can get triple extension perfectly these days. Tell me what you think about them, thanks.

This looks like triple extension to me. I think Ron you do not understand what triple extension is. Do you need me to explain it more?
Yes, Ryan is a good example of 3X mechanics. He is 6'6 200lbs so I would not recommend that you work to emulate a guy this big when you are not built like him. Stutes is more your size and he is a perfect example of 3X mechanics. If you like this guy you need to not only emulate his 3x mechanics but you must also emulate his explosive power through 3x. I am glad you pointed him out because I will start to use him for analysis.
