Hey guys, I’m in my college offseason right now, where we’re at the point of just lifting and conditioning during the week. This has given us the opportunity to rest our arms, cause fall ball is through with. However, I still want to work my on mechanics and get them to be on a more consistent basis come season time. Are towel drills the best option here? Thanks.

No, not a big fan of towel drills because it doesn’t promote an effective and efficient arm path.

I would highly recommend that you get the 3X Pitching Velocity Program and use all of the throwing drills along with its power training programs.
