I recommend that you take a few days off from training or more depending on how long and hard you have been lifting.I would then recommend the Soft Tissue Program, Dynamic Warmup and 3X Mental Mechanics from the 3X Pre-Season Program along with the 3X Mechanics Series drills and even 3X Mirror Drills if needed from the 3X In-Season program. Just before you walk on the field to pitch I recommend the PAP routine from the 3X In-Season Program to help enhance your performance for the game.
