                   Brent, 

        In my video of me pitching i see that i am getting triple extension, ankle kick, and I’m getting a good 6 7 inches off the rubber. But my question is when i triple extend i see that my back hip isn’t coming through and I’m not getting good hip to shoulder separation, could there be something I’m doing wrong that is causing this. Thanks Steve

You are definitely not 7 inches off the rubber at front foot strike. You are still on the rubber as you can see above. You are not achieving 3X before front foot strike. It is more 2X. The problem is your 3X is really late because of your late linear force vector. Your ankle kick is also dragging more than driving at front foot strike. You need to work harder at lowering your center of gravity as you get your force vector more linear. If you are in the 3X Pitching Velocity program you need to work hard on your knee drills with both med ball and target throws.
