Brent,

I know you have a done a ton of analysis.  Who do you think has the worst mechanics in the Major Leagues?  If this is in the wrong forum I apologize.  I would like everyone's opinion.

I always said Jake Peavy was all upper body and I am shocked he is still pitching. I thought his arm would have exploded by now. Matt Cain for the Giants is another pitcher who is all arm but he is such a big guy that he can get away with it. They both have to have one of the smallest strides in the game.

That's Funny.  I was going to ask you about Peavy.  I have always thought he was 1 pitch away from seeing Dr. A.  That's why I bought your program.  You have made me rethink a lot about the foundation of mechanics.  Pitching is about making adjustments, and without proper mechanics it is almost impossible to make those adjustments without causing stress to the arm, shoulder and elbow.  There are few that get away with it. But it is not the norm.
