whats up brent, i was wondering if i can work out during my season, such as a full body workout. For the past week ive my working out my legs, core, and upper body, but i dont know if its good thing to throw sore. Im 15, 6’0, and 150. So i wanna build on my legs and get stronger, i havent been doing arms because idk if its good, so if you can please help me i will appreciate it, thank you!

It’s depends on how many times you throw each week, like once or twice is fine and you can go ahead with the full program. If you’re throwing more than that, you can go through the program much slower by taking more rest, but I don’t like extending programs as the results may not be the same. Just make sure to get adequate rest.
