AJ, I appreciate you responding to the hate mail. I just want those skeptics to understand that we are not making this stuff up or trying to school anyone. I say we because I look at this site as a community of people.

Please understand that I do have to market this site and program so I can pay for the website to function and the time to help you guys with reaching your goals and also afford to pay for my baseball facility here just outside of New Orleans. I think some people think because you market or sell a service online then it is not as legitimate which is absurd. What is not legitimate is when someone sells a service but provides no support. I live on this website and answer my phone calls, emails and texts everyday to help anyone who wants to get better. Try me!

I would encourage anyone who is skeptical about TopVelocity.net or 3X Pitching to reach out to me or anyone on this site and ask your questions. I guarantee you that they will be answered. Thanks again AJ for clearing the air!

Mchugh75: Hey man don’t apologize haha I am here to help I love this believe me. Honestly the best thing I can tell you for control is just to relax and not think about it, when you start focusing on mechanics too much then that’s when things start to go bad

It’s been a few months and I’m still interested to see this 585lb squat or even 500+.

In the meantime I think his 90mph fastball is impressive enough.

Hi Brent, I’m a 56 year-old father of a 14 year old who started playing baseball for the first time last year we were throwing about 45 miles an hour when we started and are now close to 80 miles an hour with our throws. So much of your pitching training also applies to General throwing
