Ah yes, the brain and muscle memory, I continually hear the word muscle memory mentioned during various conversations concerning baseball, I recently had a players dad tell me that I spend too much time on the internet after I told him that there is no such thing as muscle memory, I ask him and all of those uninformed people how did you ever graduate from grade to grade without books and yes, that old stand by, the computer? yes, I do spend time on the internet learning from the most experience and knowledgeable experts in my various choice fields of learning such as the different aspects of baseball which consist of individual team and player skills, mental aspects, physical aspects concerning minimization of injuries, injury recovery, icing verses non icing, lactic acid build up or not in a pitchers body during a pitching outing and or field players body’s during any given game or practice session etc, it does not stop here. During my time playing minor league ball for a former {14yr.} major league veteran who taught me to learn how to never take opinionated messages to players I would be involved with, his advice was simply, {TO BE SURE YOU KNOW,} {NEVER THINK YOU KNOW,} {KNOW YOU KNOW} by becoming a keen student in my choice fields of learning, now back to muscle memory, {MEMORY DOES NOT RESIDE IN THE MUSCLES,} {MEMORY LIVES IN THE BRAIN.} the brain is the body’s receiving and message sending command center,
