Folks,

Using the 3X to great degree of success for my 12 year old. One major thing…he has a tendency to collapse his back leg. Any tips on how to prevent or minimize this? I tried having him lift his toes a bit on hand break, but he still collapses…

Thanks,

Jesse

Jesse,

At 12 this issue is more than likely a strength issue. Use the Beginner Training in the Beginner’s Guide to 3X Pitching. Also all of the knee drills in the 3X Velocity System will help him develop this strength and also the motor coordination around a good leg drive.
