For over 15 years Scott has been a heavily involved with both the Gold Coast Baseball and the Queensland Bandits as a U/16 & U/18 Junior Elite Pitching Coach.

Pitchers in Australia face many issues ranging from inconsistent performance, injuries and a general lack of knowledgeable and science based resources.

Year after year, we were experiencing the same issues as young pitchers failed to reach their potential for one reason or another. After a lot of frustration followed by a lot of research undertaken over a number of years into finding a pitching programme. One that could deliver a healthier, more sustainable outcome for pitchers. Top Velocities 3X program with its ground up, kinetic chain approach certainly delivers this.

Results so far have seen a significant decrease in arm soreness and injury, increased velocity, accuracy, angle and spin rates. Additionally, each individual comes away with a far better understanding of how the body works, how to manage that body and what it takes to pitch consistently and stay injury free.

Throughout the year, we run a number of pitching programs for both male and female athletes, Juniors and seniors on the Gold Coast or other Australian States as well as New Zealand with prior arrangement. We use the 3X pitching programme extensively across all our programs whether that be at club or regional level through to the Elite Queensland Bandits Junior programs.
