Hey, Brent,
I was wondering what program I should use. I’m 23 years old and played collegiately but ran into shoulder issues when I was 19. I had gotten my labrum cleaned out and missed my sophomore year. And I went back my junior year and messed it up again. But I later found out at the doctors office that my prior surgery was done wrong and that my shoulder would dislocate when I threw. I’m fully recovered and I really want to make a go at pro ball. I threw my first pen in a while yesterday. I was 88-92. But I’m doing something wrong cause I really feel it the next day. I’m a strong guy. 6’1 215. And I watch all your videos and I want to know what would be the best thing for me. I work full time and school full time. So it would be very hard to make it out to a camp. So I just want to know what the best option for me is. And if you could, give me your best guess on my chances of getting looked at and getting signed somewhere being I’m an older guy. I would greatly appreciate a reply. Thank you.

    James, I would highly recommend that you attend a 3X Velocity Camp and stay for 3X Training. This way I can work with you to help you customize the program for this issue.

I’m a 17 year old RHP that just signed at MO Valley. I am 5’10 170 and have just started playing about 4 years ago. I have a lot of upward potential I think and am somewhere around 80 ish I’ve never been clocked so I’m not going to say 88 or anything. I feel like I have a lot more in the tank and would like to know where to start? I’ve been keeping my hips closed longer and dividing my phases into the 2 you guys talk about. My 12-year-old son loves to pitch is their a program or work out he should be doing??

I am a D3 pitcher and I am trying to find out more ways to gain velocity. I was 82-85 my freshman year then hit the weight room and lost 30lbs and now I’m 87-92. I can’t seem to get out of this range mostly sitting 87-89. I’ve been stuck here for about a year and a half

I am 17yrs old and a pitcher and OF for a showcase team. About 6’3 180lbs and cannot find velocity off a mound have been clocked at 78-80.. HELP!!! I have been clocked at 85-90 from the outfield but I feel like I am no where even close to my potential.. Will the top velocity program get the velocity from the field off the mound? And then enhance on the velocity I already have? I’m desperate..
