I have taken a hard stand against extreme weighted baseball training for velocity from the beginning of its resurgence into the market. I have received a ton of criticism for it but also have received tons of emails from players and parents who have been injured by this extreme form of throwing velocity training. I have had 5 TopV testimonials against my will add a weighted baseball running throw program on top of the 3X Programs and tear their UCL’s or Labrum’s in the process. The camps who are supporting this training method are ignoring the injuries and science to profit from its current popularity.
