How to Increase Pitching Velocity with 3X Training

If you are serious about pitching and need or want to add 5-10+mph to your fastball then I highly recommend that you attend a 3X Velocity Camp so you can start with the 3X Training. The 3X Velocity Camp is a 2 day orientation to the 3X Pitching Velocity Program which includes a full evaluation, analysis and instruction through the programs. The programs take you through an off-season, pre and in-season training model using a throwing program, strength/power and conditioning program and an anaerobic conditioning program.

3X Training begins once you have been through the 3X Velocity Camp and you have mapped out your deficiencies with your road to improving them. It requires that you train 5 days a week for about 4-6 hours per day in the off-season. We have pitchers at all levels at our facility doing the 3X Training from high school to the Big Leagues. If you want to train like a pro and optimize your body to its fullest potential then I highly recommend that you register for a 3X velocity Camp and start your 3X Training ASAP!
