Conquer the Force Vector and Increase Pitching Velocity

October 30, 2011

Conquer the Force Vector and Increase Pitching Velocity TodayThe hardest component to conquer in the power pitching delivery is bar far the force vector. Most pitching coaches do not coach this component because they more than likely have no idea what it is. If you want to increase velocity quickly, or you need to increase velocity quickly, then spend your time training this secret component to pitching velocity. It is the foundation of the 3X approach to pitching.

If we compared the pitching delivery of a power pitcher to a high powered riffle then the force vector would be the barrel and triple extension would be the trigger. Proteins To Promote Fast Post Pitching Recovery

October 30, 2011

ProteinPromoting fast post pitching recovery in-season will not only keep a pitcher healthier and happier but it will increase velocity in the long run. If you are a serious pitching machine and you want to make it to the next level then poor nutrition could be what is holding you back.

This was all muscle mass from his off-season training. He said that the coaches would give him a hard time about his size during spring training and he would always tell them to just give him a few months and it would all be gone again. He was right! The better approach to increasing pitching velocity is using a more comprehensive approach. This means you must slowly implement all facets to increasing pitching velocity into your training and pitching. Many pitchers only have just started this approach before they throw in the towel, some pitchers get half way or just past half way when they throw in the towel and a rare few are willing to never give up until they hit their tipping point and reach their goals. These are those pitchers who make it all the way to pro ball. Read more
