Brent,

What are your thoughts about the Pitchers Power Drive?  http://www.pitcherspowerdrive.com/

Based on the videos it seems to be a tool that would/could be consistent with your philosphy.  (Depending on how you use it.)

Well, what I think of it is that this only helps with weight shift and nothing else. So if you’re devoting yourself to this, then you may get better at weight shifting which does help velocity(not much) then you can use this, but with 3X it covers the whole pitching delivery including weight shift. So I recommend you not to waste your money on the pitchers power drive (I think it costs around $205) and spend it on the topvelocity program here.

It does help teach the force vector but it doesn't promote 3x. I have a better training tool for this coming out in my Level 2 program. It does the same thing as the power drive but it actually forces you to move into triple extension. It is really cool and it has been a great tool for those young pitchers who do not have the motor coordination to build speed from the lift leg.

Brent,

Please disregard this post.  I just saw where you addressed this question in the new members forum.  (Wasn't expecting to find it there 🙂

Really enjoy your site.  Keep up the great work.
